Fill the stock pot or sauce pan up with water and bring it to a boil. Add in linguine noodles and boil it in water to your liking. 

Prep other ingredients by mincing one garlic clove, rising one cup of cherry or grape tomatoes and one pound of peeled and deveined large shrimp. Begin sautéing the tomatoes in olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook tomatoes, stirring often until they begin to blister or “pop” about 2 minutes.

Add minced garlic and sauce for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and sauté for about 4 minutes or until the shrimp is somewhat opaque. Add arugula into the pan, salt and pepper, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Toss until arugula is wilted and ingredients are combined. Drain and rinse noodles, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter to noodles and 1-2 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until noodles are coated. Spoon shrimp atop a bed of noodles and serve.

Garlic Shrimp Linguine Recipe
Ingredients for Shrimp:
1 tablespoon extra0virgin olive oil
1 cup cherry of grape tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 ounces wild or baby arugula
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Ingredients For Noodles:
1/2 package of linguine noodles
3 quarts of water
1-2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
